Batter of Fact is a home bakery in Choctaw, OK, owned by cake artist Alison Levine. We specialize in buttercream cakes, hand-painted cakes, and handmade fondant figures.
We operate according to Oklahoma’s cottage food laws, are certified food handlers, and are fully insured.
Meet Your Cake Artist
Baking and cake decorating has been a passion of mine for the last 10 years, but creating art has been a lifelong interest. It brings me such joy, and I opened Batter of Fact to share that joy with you. My goal is to make the special moments you’re celebrating that much sweeter with one-of-a-kind cakes that are as delicious as they are beautiful.
I’m originally from Kentucky, but I moved to Oklahoma in 2014 and made Choctaw my home in 2018. I enjoy all kinds of crafting, painting, sewing, watching college football and college baseball, spending time with my family, and jogging in the park with my dog.
